in today's video I'm gonna show you some
super lazy snack ideas they all take
about five to ten minutes to make are
super simple easy and healthy so yeah
let's get right into it idea number one
is gonna be a very chocolate toast the
main ingredient is gonna be almond
butter
so either you already have some one hand
or you can make your own by roasting up
some almonds in the oven for 10 minutes
and then blending them until smooth
making your own is a lot cheaper and
tastes way better in my opinion so if
you have some extra time on your hands
make sure to do that you're gonna need
1/4 of a cup of this almond butter and
to that you're gonna add in some cacao
powder agave syrup and almond milk if
you wanted to be more chocolaty add in
more cocoa powder if you wanted to be a
bit more sweet add and more sweetener
it's up to you really but I'll have my
ratio in the description for you to
check out next steps pretty
self-explanatory toast up some bread
spread some of that stuff on there and
then I topped everything off with some
raspberries and blueberries
you
and also some buckwheat for some more
crunch and health so yeah

next up we're gonna make some crispy
veggie wraps which to me tastes like
pizza warm up the tortilla of your
choice for about 30 seconds just so that
you can fold it more easily and then
spread some vegan cream cheese on it
alternatively you can also use hummus if
you can't find vegan cream cheese add
some baby spinach on top and some thinly
sliced tomato plus some chickpeas and

some marinara sauce either you can make
your own or just use some store-bought
pasta or pizza sauce I topped everything
off with some fresh parsley and that's
already it now fold up your wrap like a
little pocket

and then let it crisp up on medium-high
for about three minutes on each side

there's so good guys so good

for snack idea number three we're gonna
make some banana chocolate pudding that
takes like five minutes to make go ahead
and mash up one to two bananas the riper
the better mine weren't that ripe I know
add in one to two teaspoons of cacao
powder and if you like also add in some
sweetener like state syrup or agave
syrup top everything off with some
granola and that's it it doesn't even
take five minutes it takes probably less
than that last but not least we're gonna
make some raw falafel mix it's like
hummus but better to a food processor
we're gonna add in some chickpeas next
up roughly cut up the half of an onion

and you're also gonna need one small
clove of garlic alternatively you could
also of course go ahead and just use
garlic and onion powder add in the juice
of one lemon a handful of fresh parsley
and season everything with some sea salt
some smoked paprika and some cumin now
blend it all up and yeah that's it serve
it with some crackers or some raw
veggies you could also put it back into
the fridge and leave it there for up to
three days
